🙋 Featured FAQ 🙋
Q: How long does the DiSC assessment take?
A: The Everything DiSC assessment asks you to respond to simple statements on a five-point scale where you indicate how much you agree with each statement. You’re the expert on yourself. There are no right or wrong answers.
The online questionnaire for the traditional Everything DiSC Workplace® profile takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete and includes approximately 80 items. The more robust Everything DiSC Workplace® on Catalyst™ questionnaire takes about 20 to 30 minutes and includes approximately 120 items. Because the questionnaire uses computerized adaptive testing to produce the most accurate results, there’s not a set number of questions everyone sees.

Certification courses are two-week online learning intensives. They combine four live Zoom sessions with independent modules done on your own time. Earn professional development credits and a new credential. Registration now open through February 2026.
Before the training session is over, connect pairs of learners to serve as accountability partners for each other in the coming weeks. Give the pairs a few minutes during the training to schedule one or two check-ins with each other. Make sure they add the check-ins to their calendars right then!
During these conversations, the learners will discuss with each other how they are progressing on the goals they articulated during the training session. Having to report progress to a peer like this makes it more likely a learner will take action on their stated goals. It also gives team members an opportunity to support each other.
