Q: What are “priorities” in Everything DiSC?
A: The eight words around the Everything DiSC map are called priorities, or the primary areas where people focus their energy. These priorities differ by application, so for example, someone with an iD style will prioritize Action in Everything DiSC Sales, but Assertion in Everything DiSC Productive Conflict.
Everyone has at least three priorities, and sometimes people have four or five. Having five priorities is no better than having three, and vice versa.
