🙋 Featured FAQ 🙋
Q: Can I use Catalyst if I don’t want learners to see their results right away?
A: Yes! The much-requested “reveal style” function is now available on the Catalyst learning platform. When assigning an assessment, you can toggle the “reveal style” button based on your preference.
Some facilitators enjoy having the ability to deliver results to learners immediately after they complete their assessments. It promotes focus on the session’s material and prevents people from reading through their reports while the facilitator is delivering information and instructions. It also piques learner interest by giving them some background knowledge before starting the session.
Other facilitators prefer to hold learners’ style results until the training session. They may want to give some context or set expectations before giving learners their results.

Beware of relying only on your own sense of how well a training went. Your comfort or enjoyment are important factors, but how are you measuring the amount of learning that took place or gathering feedback that reveals blind spots? A good evaluation is an essential tool to use for your own learning and success. Consider a three-part evaluation process: deciding what you’re going to measure, measuring it, then adjusting the product based on the results.
